Booking:

All booking must be made with at least 24 hours notice!!
Hair MUST be washed, dried( air dry is fine for client who do not prefer heat) and completely detangle. Blow out are preferred but not necessary in all cases. If your hair is not completely detangled and/or blown out, there will be a fee of $35 additional to your service.
For color, please let me know at the time of booking. Include a picture of the desired color if you don’t know the color number.
DO NOT arrive before your scheduled appointment. I will not start earlier unless previously agreed.
Expect frequent stops, as i often have my child with me and although i am providing a style, i must provide needs for my child as well.

Deposits:

A small percentage of your total (nonrefundable) deposit is due at the time of booking.

If you are booking for a touch up or take down, full amount is required.
There is a 2.6% tax for every appointment ($100= $2.60 fee)
ALL DEPOSITS ARE MANDATORY! NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. There is no fee for rescheduled appointments. NO CALLS/NO SHOWS will automatically forfeit the deposit. Same day cancellations will automatically forfeit deposit as well.

We do not guarantee the correction of addresses. Your address must be correct at checkout! If we send an email and there is no response, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus a restocking fee up to 25% of the order. As your order would be already packaged and prepared for shipping
We are not liable for any damaged product. However, please contact us via email islandstyles@koicollections.com
You will have 48 hours to do so upon delivery of your product. Please include pictures of the damage so we can properly access the situation and cater to the problem to find a solution, whether it is refund, replacement, or something else.
As it is getting warmer outside, we can not control the weather. However, we can do everything in our power to reduce the possibility of melting butter. Please understand that it is a possibility during transit. We advise to promptly remove from front porches, mailboxes etc upon arrival. If your butter does melt in transit, simply allow it to naturally solidify at room temp. If completely liquid, allow to solidify at room temp and mix it with an electric mixer. Keep away from windows and direct sunlight.
