The following safety guidelines should be taken into account before purchase:

•  Our Products contain plant-derived oils from natural tree nuts, seeds and fruits. People with sensitive skin should always perform a skin patch test first ensure there is no reaction. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
• We make no claim to cure or prevent any disease or medical problem.
• All PRODUCTS ARE FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY, OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT EDIBLE
• No refunds or exchanges due STRICTLY to sanitation and safety measures.
• We will exercise the copyright rules such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, et. All and any will be subjected to further action ie. lawsuits
• Koi's Collection/Island Styles reserves the right to disable user accounts, due to any instance such as frequently missing appointments or unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• We do not guarantee the correction of addresses. Your address must be correct at checkout! If we send an email and there is no response, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus a restocking fee up to 25% of the order. As your order would be already packaged and prepared for shipping
• We are not liable for any damaged product. However, please contact us via email islandstyles@koicollections.com 
• You will have 48 hours to do so upon delivery of your product. Please include pictures of the damage so we can properly access the situation and cater to the problem to find a solution, whether it is refund, replacement, or something else.
